Need Help Using Your Electric Pressure Cooker?
Join Me with Electric Pressure Cooking 101
Do you need help with your meal planning? Do you find yourself not having enough time to prepare a proper dinner? Are you always running by the seat of your pants? All these things have been my reality lately. I can’t seem to get back into the swing of things with my cooking routine. Some days I get a good dinner on the table, other times we are left eating sandwiches or prepared food from my last trip to Costco. I really really want to do better.
I recently found out that Erin Chase of MyFreezEasy has created an Electric Pressure Cooker 101 class. I absolutely love this. I’ve heard great things about using an Electric Pressure Cooker for cooking dinner but have been way too scared to try it. I actually bought one and then chickened out in using it. It seems really intimidating and I just haven’t put the effort into learning the basics of how to use it.
This is why I love this course. I don’t have to do anything. Erin has done all the work and she has broken each lesson down into bite size pieces {pun intended. :)} Anyway, this course is so user friendly, even a sleep deprived new mama can do it.
She walks us through the basics of how to use and wash your electric pressure cooker, what the different settings mean and how to use them, the basics of cooking different types of food in the pressure cooker and she even includes us a list of meals to make, a shopping list, and full demos of those meals being made.
I love that this is a video series and each video is short (think under 10 minutes – many 3-5 minute videos) which has been perfect for me. I can watch it during nap time or a few before bed. I have loved how user friendly this course is and it has left me feeling motivated and confident. She even includes a Facebook Group so that we can share our EPC meal successes and even ask questions. I love that the price is right, too, at only $16.
I’m also excited that her other site, MyFreezEasy includes meals for the Instant Pot! If you haven’t tried MyFreezEasy then you should read my review over here. Erin provides new meal plans every month but also allows us to create our own based on previous months menus. You can choose to make meals from all one type of meat (think huge sale at the grocery store on hamburger meat – you can create a month of dinners!). These meal plans and recipes revolutionized my cooking when I needed it most – during my third trimester! I love MyFreezEasy so much that I know we will all love this EPC101 course, too! Join me?
