Special Needs Menu Chart {for feeding therapy and autism}
Is your child a picky-eater? Is your child facing autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder or both? Last year we started feeding therapy with our oldest son. He was what I call an extreme picky eater as a result of ASD and SPD. He reacted violently to swallowing certain food. He had anxiety inhibiting him from trying new food. With the help of our therapists, he has come through this extreme picky eating. I hope these charts will help you or give you ideas on how to plan choices for your child so that they might make healthy choices for their diet, as well.
